London Fire Brigade, one of our largest public sector clients based in London are looking to recruit two Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a 6-month contract (with possibilities of further extensions if all goes well).
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the FM Manager, overseeing the commercial relationship for the Property Group's key suppliers to ensure the contract requirements are met and the fire stations are adequately maintained to support operational response.
Undertaking inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety equipment and building fabric.
