We are actively looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join a housing association in the outer Birmingham area on a temporary basis.
In return you will receive a 3-month contract, hybrid working, mileage coverage, the opportunity to have your contract extended, the opportunity to be made permanent.
As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be
Carrying out FRA's across a range of domestic and residential properties.
As the Health, Safety & Fire Advisor, you will provide a comprehensive health, safety and fire (HS&F) service to their housing locations within your region, occasional overnight stays will be required.
You will be required to travel around the South East of the country.
The role
A regional housing association are currently looking for a Health, Safety & Fire Risk Assessor to join their team.
This role is for an Experienced Health & Safety Advisor with a specialism in Fire Safety based in Cambridge and working for a world respected institution.
A strong understanding of fire safety and Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order is also required.
You must have a minimum of #NEBOSH Level 3 or equivalent NEBOSH General Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management or Construction Health and Safety as well as experience of Health and Safety/Fire Safety management systems within a #research, academic or #laboratory environment.
Lead and Coordinate all Trust Fire related matters in addition to Fire Safety advice on all new Capital Projects, at over 50 Trust sites providing inpatient and outpatient services.
