Fire Risk Assessment Manager/ Fire Safety Advisor/ Fire Operations Manager Package Overview:
- £47,000 - £52,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
- Full-time, permanent 8.30am- 5.00pm
- Commutable from Loughton, Romford, Potters Bar & Harlow. This role requires travel in to London.
- Company car or car allowance, mileage, bonus scheme, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 3 days office and 2 days from home

Fire Risk Assessment Manager/ Fire Safety Advisor/ Fire Operations Manager Role and Responsibilities:
- Review fire risk assessments
- Ensure that the required rectification works are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Decide which department is best suited to carry out the next steps and pass it over to them to action
- Ensure the work is tracked from the initial quotation process through to the final billing
Fire Risk Assessment Manager/ Fire Safety Advisor/ Fire Operations Manager Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the Fire & Life Safety Systems industry is essential (minimum of 3 years)
- Knowledge of Active Fire Life Safety Systems is essential
- An understanding of the relevant British Standards for Fire Alarms (BS5839-1 and BS5839-6), Smoke Vent Systems (BS7346-8), Emergency Lighting Systems (BS5266) & Evacuation Alert Systems (BS8629) is highly desirable
- NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management qualification or completion of FIA fire industry training courses is desirable
- Strong financial awareness acquired in a contract management or service delivery role preferred
