My Architectural client are looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on a hybrid basis. This role will suit a highly motivated, focused and deadline driven individual with a high attention to detail. You will be organised, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner. You will be working closely with the Management Accountant and Senior Purchase Ledger Controller within a finance team of 8. The main responsibilities of the role are to assist the Management Accountant with the preparation of regular finance reports and management accounts, and to assist the Senior Purchase Ledger Controller with the processing of staff expenses and purchase invoices. They are looking for someone with experience in a similar role who has assisted in preparation of month end finance reports and also someone who is efficient in Microsoft 365.
