This role will initially start as a 2-3 days per week position, however due to the growth within the business it has the potential to progress to a full-time permanent role.

Based in Watford, Hertfordshire our award-winning client are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their growing team on temp to perm basis, based in their offices 5 days per week.
They will be responsible for reconciling accounts, managing payroll and preparing financial reports, supporting the finance department.
The postholder needs to be experienced in mechanical and electrical works, delivering both service schedules and reactive works across a broad spectrum to include lifts, door entry systems, alarm call systems, fire safety equipment, water testing, gas energy systems and appliances, communal heating & hot water systems and alternative green renewable energy solutions such as ground and air source heat pumps, solar panels.
The role will primarily be responsible for the proper and efficient maintenance of the installations, plant and equipment across the housing stock.
This is a key role in terms of delivering services in compliance with health and safety requirements and is wide ranging and complex-covering planned maintenance, inspection and installation of equipment and services.
