The business, within the distribution space, is growing quickly and the CEO needs the right financial leader to maximise that growth, and build a best in class finance process to ensure maximum value in a planned exit in 3-5 years.
As well has having a focus on getting the basics right (systems, procedures, reporting, risk management, cash generation) you'll be a true business partner to a talented CEO and also be the main conduit between the company and its various stakeholders - private equity investors / banks / non execs / the wider Board.

The role will be pretty broad, also covering other areas such as IT, HR and some back off customer service elements - in reality 70% of the role will be financial and 30% operations.
