Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to manage administrative tasks for a Wealth Management team. This role involves risk management, budget oversight, and will playing a crucial role in maintaining a positive team environment.

Duties:
- Provide excellent telephone-based service to clients
- Manage pipeline activity and handle ad-hoc requests
- Support colleagues for smooth team operation
- Act as a point of contact for advisers and paraplanners
- Conduct product research and liaise with relevant product providers
- Oversee new business processing and client review preparations
Requirements:
- Administration experience within an IFA office
- Wide knowledge of industry providers and products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
