The Role
You will be required to provide a proficient and proactive administration support service for the firm's advisers.
SF Executive have been retained by a prolific mid-market PE house to find a commercially astute and communicative Chief Financial Officer for their portfolio company in Berkshire.
The business has turnover of c£30m and a strong conversion of revenue into EBITDA.
Big plans are afoot to scale the business through a combination of organic growth and sensible M&A - we will then be into a sale process which could see a secondary PE deal or potentially a trade exit.
