We're working closely with a company who is experiencing an exciting period of growth and transformation. The business is currently going through an implementation of a new financial system, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Finance Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the finance sector. The company is seeking a detail-orientated person who is eager to learn and start their career in finance. Full training will be provided and you'll be working with a team of experienced accountants. Key Responsibilities: Assist with data entry and reconciliation during the implementation of our new financial system. Support the finance team in day-to-day tasks, including raising of invoices, reconciliation of cash, and liaising with external suppliers. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Work within a "buddy" system with another Sales Ledger Clerk to support their team. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the finance team. Requirements: Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
