Our client, who have rapidly expanded over the last few years, are seeking a experienced Finance Assistant with previous experience within a finance team. You will be joining their beautiful office based in Croxley Green / Watford area with free parking on-site, with a competitive benefits package!

Hybrid model is available and working hours from 25 hours (potential to work more hours if required) flexible in terms of which days and hours you would like to work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great working culture and a successful company.

Finance Assistant Job Overview:

  • Assist the day-to-day workings of the Accounts department, processing invoice and raising payments
  • Setting up & maintaining Customer and supplier records, resolving queries and reconciling accounts
  • Review and process employee expenses. Ensure there is accurate & appropriate backup to all expense transactions

across the group and controls/policies are being adhered to, liaising with staff members across all levels.

  • Assist with finance/accounts email inbox.
  • Assist with credit control and year-end audit
  • Reconciliation of customers and suppliers account

Finance Assistant Key Skills:

  • Experience gained within an accounts department.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability and motivation to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, being highly computer literate with experience of working with Microsoft Excel.
