The ideal candidate for the finance assistant role will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, responsible for a variety of finance tasks including sales and purchase ledger management, bank and cash reconciliations, and raising sales invoices.

Sales ledger control ensuring cash received and allocated in a timely manner.
Purchase ledger control ensuring the purchase to pay process runs efficiently, daily invoicing.
General
Due to an increase in business, we require an experienced Finance Assistant to take an important role in the day to day running of the finance department across our group.
Schedule can be flexible, but must include availability on Fridays)
(Position requires 24 hours per week.
Our client , are aiming to be the UK's leading regeneration charity, working through partnership to create communities in which people are proud to live and work.
We are currently working with an established client who is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team, ideally experience in SAP Business One, Sage Payroll, Sage Manufacturing 50 would be an advantage.
Day to day duties will include
Credit Control including dealing with slow payers.
Prepare and fast check customer invoices before sending via email or post etc.
