Finance Projects Manager Full Time (Hybrid Working) Paying Up to £56k Permanent This role sits within the finance team with responsibility for a wide range of tasks across external financial and regulatory reporting, project support, and process review. The Finance Projects Manager will own and coordinate all aspects of the Group's external reporting with particular focus on the worldwide annual audit and regulatory submissions to ensure the Group remains compliant. Additionally, the role will encompass elements of KPI reporting and balance sheet review and analysis to support the financial control processes in place for the Group. The main stakeholders for this role will externally be the Group wide auditors and internally, be colleagues in other departments including Financial Processing and Management Accounts. Key responsibilities of the Finance Projects Manager: Statutory accounts preparation for all Group entities. Management of the worldwide audit across all of the Group's entities covering, liaising with auditors and coordinating the work internally to deliver to the required deadlines. Production of the holding company management accounts for one entity Operational KPI reporting on a monthly basis Involvement in the annual budget process and forecasting as required Cash summaries and monthly balance sheet and AR/AP review Providing financial support to business projects and initiatives Manage UK and US corporation tax preparation with professional advisors Driving efficiencies through ongoing review and evaluation of core processes within the wider finance team to identify and implement improvements as the business grows Deputising for the Group Finance Manager where required Key attributes of the Junior Finance Projects Manager: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Previous experience in a senior finance role Strong Excel skills (comfortable with using Pivot Tables, SUMIF & SUMIFS, V/H/LOOKUP) Experience of managing staff Previous Statutory Accounts preparation experience, including consolidations Ability to clearly communicate verbally, in writing and via MS Office programs to a wide variety of stakeholders including those with no financial training Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Ability to take ownership of deliverables/responsibilities and seeing these through to conclusion High organised with ability to prioritise effectively If you are interested in this Finance Projects Manager position and feel your experience matches the criteria then please apply now for immediate consideration or for more information please contact Andrew Davison.
