Our client is a large organisation that is looking to improve systems and procedures across its business. You will work as part of a large team to continuously improve and streamline the financial processes and procedures across the finance function. This role is based in Belfast and you will need to be in the office as part of this permanent role.
Your new role
The Finance Project Manager will be working with the finance stakeholders in the business to carry out improvements, transformational change and deliver successful projects on time and on budget. You will look to improve the day to day operational finance function by delivery of a financial roadmap. You will be communicating across the Finance Function and working with the technical team to deliver improvement and efficiencies.
- You will lead the execution of the Finance project plan, establishing and managing business processes, programmes, and projects to deliver overall transformation.
- You will define, initiate, and lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects, working with the stakeholders across the business to make sure the cultural change happens.
- Communicate the aims of the changes across the stakeholder group, keeping people motivated and focused on delivering the objectives.
- You will lead the execution of transformational projects intended to create a change in culture across the organisation.
- You will define the project resources needed to deliver the agreed business outcomes within the budget;
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an individual with an excellent knowledge of finance and financial systems. You will have excellent change management skills and will have managed transformation projects before.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent salary and benefits scheme - £75000 - £85000 per annum dependent on your experience. This role does offer hybrid working.
