Overview We are currently partnering with a globally recognised business who have just opened a new branch in the Warwick area, who are now looking for a part time Finance Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis! This role is really exciting as you will be joining a large, growing business but be part of a smaller, closer-knit team. This role will be supporting the Finance Manager with a range of finance and reporting tasks, such as bank reconciliations, monthly stock reporting, debt reports, supporting the Accounts Payable and Receivable team and a range of other things. This role has become available due to growth within the team and the current finance team being unable to manage the workload, as a result this position is being recruited as a part time role where the hours will be 20-25 hours per week, ideally split evenly over the week - perfect for someone who has been out of work and is now looking to get back into it. Due to the size and nature of the business, this position will have an opportunity to grow with the right candidate so if you are looking for something to stick your teeth in then this could be right for you. Due to the temporary to permanent nature of this role, we are ideally looking for people who are immediately available and are able to start quite quickly. Skills required Have previously worked within finance and be familiar with some, if not all, of the tasks mentioned above. Be confident on excel as this position will require you to manage the company finance spreadsheets via excel. Be a confident, friendly person who is happy to be a face for the company and is comfortable with assisting with customer service responsibilities involved in this role. Be someone that enjoys working in a team and chipping in to help when other members of the team need it as this business is built on team work.
