Finance Administration (75-80%)
Assist in the co-ordination and running of the Finance Department by preparing financial reports as required, managing communications and dealing with queries promptly and accurately and providing general administration assistance for the department.
We are looking for an efficient Finance and Payroll Administrator to join our team who will be responsible to undertake the production of detailed and complex financial reporting and contribute effectively as part of a team ensuring the smooth day to day running of the department.
You will also task manage the Finance team to established deadlines and substitute for the FD where absent.
My client, a dynamic and forward-thinking fleet solutions organisation, is looking for an experienced and qualified Finance Manager to come onboard.
The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the Finance Director in the management of the day-to-day function of the Finance department, including management and financial accounting/reporting, internal controls, cash flow/treasury management, budgeting and reporting.
Our client a coffee distributor would love to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their team and work closely with the Financial Controller this a varied role and the chance to join this expanding business and work from the ground up.
