Description Finance Assistant Duties: Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile supplier statements and manage customer accounts. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. AAT qualification or part-qualified accountant is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in a finance assistant role or similar position, ideally within the automotive industry, is advantageous. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) is highly desirable.
