Monitor Attendance: Oversee employee attendance and address any issues promptly. Guide Probation Reviews: Help employees and managers navigate the probationary process. Qualified or Eager to Learn: Hold or be actively pursuing an HR qualification. Administrative Whiz: Proven experience in a busy office environment, juggling multiple tasks.
