Join a leading agricultural supplier as their dedicated HR Administrator working 3 days per week. This is a unique opportunity to work independently, providing essential support across all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the HR Guru: Your expertise will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
  • Champion Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a seamless experience for employees entering and exiting the company.
  • Maintain Order: Keep HR files and systems meticulously organized and up to date.
  • Monitor Attendance: Oversee employee attendance and address any issues promptly.
  • Guide Probation Reviews: Help employees and managers navigate the probationary process.
  • Embrace Project Work: Contribute to various HR initiatives.
  • Lend a Hand with Payroll: Offer support to the payroll function when needed.

What are we looking for?

  • Qualified or Eager to Learn: Hold or be actively pursuing an HR qualification.
  • Administrative Whiz: Proven experience in a busy office environment, juggling multiple tasks.
  • Microsoft Office Pro: Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
  • People Person: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Relationship Builder: Adept at building strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for accuracy.
  • Independent and Collaborative: Able to work independently and thrive in a team.

Location:

Head Office in Haddington (minimum one day per week), with the option to work from home.

Hours:

Minimum 21 hours per week, spread over three days (Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm).
