Our Family time support work team are recruiting 3 family support workers to complete family time sessions as ordered from the court arena.
The role will include supervising family time, completing wishes and feelings of children and providing family time reports and analysis and also attend meetings as and when required.
As the lead professional you will coordinate support with our multi-agency partners to ensure that a whole family approach is taken to address the identified needs of the family.
We are looking to recruit two Outreach family support workers to undertake early help assessments with children and families, create support plans and chair team around the family meetings to review the progress and identify any additional areas of support.
Liverpool Early Help utilises a strength based approach to provide empowering, interventions to children and families to help address emerging worries and affect positive change to improve the longer term outcomes of children and young people.
Liverpool Safeguarding Service requires 1 family support worker to work 5 days per week to support with the delivery of interventions and direct work with children, young people and their families.

Essential
NVQ Level 3 in child care and education, NND, Health and Social Care qualification.
To be responsible for providing practical and social support for children, young people and families.
To contribute to the delivery of an effective Children's Social Care Service as part of a Departmental team continuously improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
This includes contributing to care packages, recognising serious risk, promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people to make informed decisions.
