Provide social work services to children in need and their families in accordance with the principles of the Children Act Undertake enquiries and assessments of children who are considered to have possible suffered or who may be likely to suffer significant harm.
Make applications with the appropriate management and legal advice for Orders to safeguard children under the Children Act Work in partnership with service users in a variety of settings and any other suitable setting for social work practice.
Prepare written reports of a professional standard for use in a variety of settings, including Court proceedings.
Providing practical and emotional support to service users in line with Personal Support Plans.

The role will involve providing care and personalised support to individuals to improve their health and wellbeing and to develop their quality of life and independence.
This will include support with activities in the home and in the wider community, building connections and relationships with others.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
Develop and implement individualised strategies to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation.
