Provide expert diabetes practitioner advice to ensure high-quality, individualised patient care.Act as an autonomous expert in managing Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes across inpatient and outpatient settings.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programmes for adults with diabetes, including structured education.Collaborate with the multi-professional team to promote excellent standards of diabetes care.Deliver on defined portfolio responsibilities and maintain high standards of care through benchmarking and audit.
Your new role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for registered nurses, dieticians, pharmacists, and podiatrists to specialise in diabetes care and support NHS service in becoming fully multi-disciplinary.Location: St Mary Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, Hammersmith HospitalHours: 37.5 hours per weekThe working hours are either 8:00 - 16:00 hrs or 8:30 -16:30 hrs.Pay rate: £28 - £31 umbrella.

We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner (GP) with CTC (Counter Terrorist Check) clearance for a locum position in a prison setting in South East London.
While previous GP experience working in prisons is an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
