As a Fabric Maintenance & Facilities Operative (Dual), you will act as the first point of contact for a variety of Facilities Management (FM) requirements, providing building users with an excellent FM service, focusing on proactive customer service.
Responsible for undertaking plumbing/fabric planned preventative and reactive maintenance work services throughout designated buildings, in additional to general caretaking activities, ensuring adherence to operational, regulatory, and contractual compliance.
In addition, the Fabric Maintenance & Facilities Operative (Dual) shall undertake any planned minor installation works or other such project works as required.
Being data driven to better identify operational failures.
