Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with an organisation looking to recruit an Office Manager to work within their newly refurbished offices, located in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing office supplies inventory and procurement, coordinating aSpellchecknd scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting in the on-boarding process for new employees.
Responsibilities Included
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
The Commercial & Revenue Team contributes to the generation of high levels of income through re-sales and other homeowner and commercial services, to support re-investment in Development to achieve our ambition to provide further homes for those with the greatest need.
Developing category strategies to progress all tendering opportunities with key stakeholders, you will facilitate and support the continued integration of procurement as an in-house function within Stonewater, driving delivery of the procurement work plan with emphasis on compliance to internal governance and standing orders, as well as national regulations and directives.
As Procurement Business Partner, you will support the delivery of the Procurement Strategy, with a particular focus on all tendering and contract management activity within your designated directorates.
Here at Stonewater, we are looking for a Procurement Business Partner to lead on the delivery of all procurement related activity in the Innovation & People, Finance Governance & Assurance and Customer Experience directorates.
