We're working with a relatively small but long established and highly regarded North London Property firm who specialise in the management of small to medium sized blocks and estates across Greater London, Herts and Essex.
A Hospital Estates Operations Manager, preferably with a mechanical bias is needed for an acute NHS site in Barnet.
Reporting into the Senior Ops Manager, you will have a team of around 35 staff under you including supervisors, senior engineer and engineers that in turn will carry out planned and reactive works across a busy hospital site.
This is a PFI contract that has 8 years left of a 30 year concession.
