We're looking for a Facilities & Support Services Co-ordinator to work as part of wider team looking after the day-to-day operations of Castlefield Viaduct.
You'll join a new property with a new team delivering a unique urban project.
You'll play an important role in keeping everyone safe when they visit the Viaduct and making sure they get the most out of their day.
As a Lettings Property Manager you will have responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties to include organising safety certificates, dealing with day to day maintenance as well as overseeing bigger works, property inspections, preparing properties for move in, handling tenants vacating the property and dealing with deposit returns.
