The ideal candidate for this role will have skills in a particular trade, such as plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, but be willing to turn their hand to any maintenance task.

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to provide temporary cover for 2-3 hours per day Monday - Friday.
The ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible and will be responsible for setting up and clearing down community halls for hire, cleaning, and ensuring compliance with health and safety directives.
The Senior Facilities Assistant will provide assistance across the organisation, to ensure security services are carried out efficiently, that buildings are secure, systems are maintained, risks are mitigated, and areas are presented to the highest possible standards.
Demonstrating previous experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for buildings security, alarm systems, access, event preparation and supporting the work of external contractors.
