9 am - 5:30 pm (also open to being on call if needed so someone flexible able to do a quick commute is desirable)
Our client are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative / handy person to join their current in house team of Facilities Management engineers and maintenance staff delivering basic planned and reactive repairs and maintenance on their commercial properties on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will have skills in a particular trade, such as plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, but be willing to turn their hand to any maintenance task.

Working as the Maintenance, Facilities and Engineering Manager you will have full responsibility of managing all planned and reactive electrical, heating, plumbing, carpentry and decorating maintenance at the Club.
You will be a point of contact, in addition to providing a helpdesk service to building users, ensuring an efficient Facilities Management service is provided to a key customer.
Your main aim will be to carry out a range of Facilities and Hospitality duties as required.
