Key Responsibilities
Service Excellence: Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality, accurate, and timely services to clients, adhering to established procedures and exceeding expectations.
Transaction processing: working closely with company, Portfolio Management and Finance Teams and external administrators, to ensure timely and efficient execution of investments, including initial coordination of fund allocations and preparation of support materials, payment approvals and instructions, as well as completion of related financing documentation.
Regulatory - assistance with the preparation of fund reports and filings, including FATCA/CRS.
Managing bank relationships including onboarding of new bank accounts, credit facilities and FX lines including ISDA documentation, and ongoing bank account monitoring.
To undertake and oversee all elements of asset transfer processing.
This involves transfers of Stocks and Shares ISAs, Cash ISAs, certificated stock transfers and non-ISA portfolio transfers (both in and out) on both a cash and an in-specie basis.
Management Responsibilities
