Key Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality, accurate, and timely services to clients, adhering to established procedures and exceeding expectations.
- Review and Oversight: Provide oversight and review of work produced by assistant managers on the team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Company Secretarial Duties: Assume company secretarial responsibilities, including organising client board meetings, reviewing board minutes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the processing of calls, distributions, and investor transfers, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Project Management: Collaborate on projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and improving efficiency within the team and across the organisation.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all work is conducted in strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating risk and maintaining integrity.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in administering private equity funds and associated vehicles is essential.
