Your new school Hays are recruiting for a job as a Full-Time Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant for an SEN School in Cardiff which caters for pupils aged 4-11 with a variety of complex additional social, behavioural, and learning needs.
The job will involve working with a small group of year 3 and 4 pupils, supporting them with their engagement in lessons, their mental wellbeing, as well as with avoiding / de-escalating any challenging behaviours.
