We are currently working with a Financial Services client based in North Tyneside who are looking for a Regulatory Risk and Compliance Manager to join their team in order to ensure compliance frameworks are efficient and effective.
You will report to the Head of Risk and Compliance, helping the client comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal processes, whilst fostering a strong compliance culture within the team.
This role has a salary up to £45,000, working Monday to Friday 9-5, with hybrid working available after completing a successful probation.
You must be an experienced compliance officer working within a financial planning firm, and have a good understanding of FCA regulations.
In this role you will undertake a wide range of duties including helping develop and implement the compliance regime, undertake assessments and audits, update and develop policies, assess compliance risks, undertake monitoring, and produce reports.

Provide excellent teaching and learning sessions for Level 2 and 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship standards, both face to face and remotely.
Manage a caseload of learners and employers ensuring timely achievements and progression.
Support the raising of standards in accordance with the aims and strategic objectives of the organisation.
