Recruiter 6-month FTC Leatherhead/London Hybrid, ideally 2 or 3 days in the office Your new company I have an amazing opportunity for a Recruiter to join my long-standing client on a 6-month FTC. This will be a hybrid role where you will utilise your direct sourcing skills to help fill key jobs. Having industry experience across engineering, maintenance or construction is essential for this role. Without this experience or a similar industry, you will not be considered. Your new role You will proactively identify and source high quality candidates from diverse talent pools. You will deal with a range of live roles and work with external agencies when necessary and instructed. You will screen candidates to assess their suitability. You will write inclusive job adverts so that adverts appeal to a wide variety of roles. Work with line managers to take in job briefings What you'll need to succeed You will be able to fill roles using a range of direct sourcing methods. You will have previous in-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience. You will have experience writing inclusive job adverts, to attract a wide range of talent. You will have experience using an ATS.
