Job Summary
The Estates and Facilities Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the estates and facilities management function.
The Estate Manager is responsible for proper maintenance, appearance, stock, cleaning, security, heating, health and safety and smooth running of the building and facilities.
The Estate Manager will take whatever steps are necessary to see that these functions are carried out in conjunction with the managing agents and/or Directors of the Management Company.
You should have a background in trust and estate administration and ideally have, or be working towards, the STEP qualification.
Your role will involve the administration of UK trusts together with the preparation of annual accounts and trust tax compliance, dealing with both individual trusts and groups of family trusts.
