Company Overview:
My client is a boutique, high-end, super prime independent estate agency specialising in luxury properties. Known for their focus on quality over quantity, they handle rentals averaging £4,000 per week, with high-end deals reaching £20,000 per week. They are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Lettings Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Management:

  • Prepare tenancy agreements and renewals, ensuring full compliance with regulations.

  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs while keeping tenants, landlords, and managers informed.

  • Compliance & Regulation:

  • Ensure adherence to lettings regulations including Right to Rent, deposit protection, Gas Safety, and EPCs.

  • Stay up to date with any changes in legislation and ensure compliance.

  • Client Relations & Customer Service:

  • Act as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, addressing any issues promptly.

  • Provide landlords with regular updates and market insights.

  • Tenancy Renewals & Rent Reviews:

  • Manage tenancy renewals, negotiate terms, and advise landlords on rental market trends.

  • Marketing & Advertising:

  • Assist in preparing property listings, coordinate viewings, and ensure all listings are accurate.

  • Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate property records, provide administrative support, and prepare reports for the lettings team.

  • Accounts & Finance:

  • Work with the accounts team to process rent payments, deposits, and manage deposit disputes.

  • Team Coordination:

  • Support the lettings and property management teams and provide guidance to junior staff when required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar lettings administration role, ideally within a high-end or luxury property agency.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
