Our client, a market-leading organisation in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months to cover a period of Maternity Leave.
This is an ideal role for a proactive, organised and customer focussed candidate with previous experience in an Administration/Office based role.
Candidate will be responsible for managing the incoming telephone calls to the rough sleeping support service

They will be responsible for taking the calls from the general public to report rough sleeping into the service and to pass this information to the Outreach team so that they can find people who are rough sleeping and offer them accommodation.
