Job Title: Property Viewing Agent Location: Covering the PO postcode area - Working from home unless attending a property. Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to ensure their needs are met. Upsell relevant products and services to potential buyers such as mortgage and conveyancing services, home insurance or property management. Provide timely and accurate feedback to the sales team following viewings, enable them to adjust marketing strategies or negotiate effectively with potential buyers. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business and contribute to the overall success of the company.
