My client, a growing construction company based in Teesside, is actively recruiting a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Working with the Operation Manager to provide a seamless and comprehensive contract management service for the business.
You will work closely with the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the procurement of materials, overall running of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
The Building Officer will be responsible for the management and delivery of day-to-day management of the Building Department Team Leaders and Grounds and Gardens Supervisor and will be responsible for the planning, management, day to day delivery, strategic maintenance and replacement of building services equipment installed and utilised throughout the estate.
