The Registered Manager would meet the following requirements
Project Manager required to work on a variety of refurbishment projects including alterations and decoration works.
The projects will be focussed on refurbishment, major repairs, alterations, building safety works, as well as managing works to ensure we achieve our goal for ensuring we meet our carbon net-zero target.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a diverse and challenging range of planned maintenance projects across our villages and schemes nation-wide.
