We are looking for someone confident, customer focused and enthusiastic with previous experience in customer services or a call centre, used to working with a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
Our well established client is looking for an Event Project Manager to join their team at their lovely offices in Marlow (regular travel both domestic and international).
Specific tasks vary between clients and programs, however the Project Manager would be repsonsible for understanding and responding to each client's meeting objectives, providing high quality logistics management and ensuring compliance with client MSAs, SLAs, work orders, contracts and regulatory guidelines.
This role would be reporting to the Head of Business Operations and is a pivotal role,with full responsibility for the coordination and delivery of clients' events, from contract implementation to final billing, and with the expectation of providing excellent service in line with client expectations and company standards.
This is an outbound and inbound customer service role - excellent customer service.
You will be working shifts between 08.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday, a total of 40 hours per week.
Paying a basic of £24,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings to over £32,000 and some of the top performers earn late £30's through upselling and cross-selling.
