We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team. For this role, you will work with project teams and stakeholders to elicit requirements, converting into requirements specifications, traceability and resolution. This role offers the hybrid working approach, where you will be working in the office (Solihull) 2-3 days per week. Challenge requirements and solution design assumptions to ensure optimum delivery vs. achievement of benefits, protecting the investment within the I&C Pillar and delivering an out of the box solution wherever possible. Ensure plans are made and processes created to evaluate the impact of solution options to achieve the best outcome for I&C. Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies escalating appropriately to minimise impact to I&C at all times. Considers opportunities and potential risks associated to requirements specification and solution delivery. Forecast time and effort to achieve project deliverables with accuracy and defined assumptions. Use data or business process modelling practices to investigate findings, create suggestions for improvement or for solution option identification. Responsible for updates to Business Processes within the Process Hierarchy and for supporting the production of SOP's as part of the process of embedding change. What we need from you Experience of driving performance through leadership, empowerment and personal development in a complex environment. Ability to influence key stakeholders at discretionary levels across and throughout the organisation, generating understanding of complex issues, providing clarity and certainty. Extensive knowledge and practical experience of Business Analysis tools and techniques across multi delivery methodologies- e.g. Agile, Waterfall. Sound ability to handle large volumes of complex data. It would be great if you had Industry knowledge and experience or understanding of the structure and organisation of utilities and their core activities.
