The successful Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall planning, execution and control of assigned projects, which are typically new product developments projects.
The position is the primary point of contact to the customer and manages a multi-discipline team to deliver the projects.

Key Responsibilities of a Programme Manager
Create & manage the programme strategies in line with high-level business goals.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the company's R&D team and all projects they undertake to ensure they hit agreed deadlines.
Ensure clear task prioritisation through the use of the YouTrack/Jira and Agile project management system with regular team meetings.
Along with management of the R&D team, you will also be responsible for analysing tenders, writing progress reports, identifying risks and developing work schedules.
