The Role

Lead a multi-disciplined investment team in the project setup and option selection phase of the Network Development Process for a portfolio of customer investments for the GB Electricity Transmission System in support of the investment driver.
As an authorised engineer, lead the development and costing of connection offer proposals and feasibility studies for Customer related investments.
Undertake engineering works to ensure least cost, fit for purpose and safe delivery solutions are prepared in accordance with the initial phase of the Network Development Process that deliver the business' regulatory, stakeholder and customer commitments.
To be considered, you must have experience in a similar mechanical or electrical service-based position and possess a full UK driving licence.
In this role, you will travel within an hour and a half of your home address to carry out service and repairs on a wide range of electrically powered forklift trucks.
