The Role:
This Mechanical Design Engineering opportunity holds a critical position in the company, driving the creation of innovative products that not only boost revenue, but also align with the goals outlined in both the development and business plans.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating products that meet the design brief while adhering to the development plan. These designs must align with the design language guidelines and comply with applicable EU Directives. Additionally, all new products must undergo thorough testing to guarantee the high quality and reliability that our customers expect.

Experience Required:
- Our client is looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, ideally with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid experience in 3D CAD is essential, with proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault being a standout advantage
- A minimum qualification of HND in a science or mathematics discipline is required
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of designing mechanisms and pneumatics is highly desirable
- Familiarity with 3D printing and test rig design is a plus
- Expertise in sheet metal and machined components design will give you an edge
