As a Sales Engagement Manager, you'll lead the development and management of engagement strategies with employer partners, with a primary focus on promoting apprenticeships and generating a pipeline of new learner starts. You'll oversee a team, collaborate with various departments, and drive engagement campaigns to meet agreed targets. Success will be measured by lead generation, conversion rates, meeting service level agreements, and effective development activities. What will you be doing? Oversee direct line management of a team of Engagement Leads to ensure they are given the tools and leadership to thrive in their role. Supporting the Sales Enablement team to develop engagement strategies across our employer partners including objectives, channels of engagement, and resourcing requirements. Develop and manage the plan of engagement activity, ensuring regular reports are provided to management and employer partners. Work with the Head of Partnership Engagement and the Sales Enablement team to plan and oversee an annual schedule of engagement activity to deliver the agreed starts profile. Collaborate with the Partnership team to create and execute campaigns that engage employer partners and increase awareness and engagement with apprenticeships. Research and maintain knowledge of best practice in engaging a large, geographically dispersed workforce, with L&D offerings. Stay informed about trends and developments within the apprenticeships market, providing valuable insights for the Partnership team. Assist in the development of market-specific strategies to maintain a competitive edge and respond to evolving industry needs. Foster collaboration between partnership, operational, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and product updates within the apprenticeships market. Act as a liaison between partnerships and other departments, facilitating communication and addressing challenges for seamless operations. What will you bring to the role? Proven experience of operating successfully in a sales role including pitching proposals to internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to understand customer business goals and how to create strategies to achieve them. Experience of working in a customer focused environment to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Familiarity of working in a high demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines Excellent communication, presenting and listening skills. Understanding of the apprenticeships market with the ability to translate market insights into effective sales strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Our agency client is looking for an Events and Engagement Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will ensure SLA targets are met, orchestrating customized events and services to enhance employee experience. Immersed in community interests, they'll embody and promote the client's culture, fostering workplace engagement. The role extends to content creation and digital engagement, aimed at building community trust. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy, including event calendars, to foster a highly engaged workplace experience. Coordinate and manage all aspects of activities and events, collaborating with internal teams and leveraging expertise to drive community engagement. Cultivate partnerships with local vendors and organisations to support social value initiatives and promote the client as a community leader. Track and analyse key community metrics. Provide compelling content for internal communication channels, including the local office Intranet site, and regularly engage with the client to optimise service value. Serve as a central point of contact for issue resolution, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and personalise the employee experience through proactive engagement and support. Key Skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in event management or community leadership roles. Proven track record of successfully launching community initiatives. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with innate sales acumen. Highly sociable, proactive, and motivated, exhibiting professionalism and positivity in all interactions, with the ability to build relationships and influence diverse partners. Demonstrated qualities of integrity, reliability, accountability, self-awareness, strong work ethic, and empathy, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills for diverse platforms.
