The Supply chain and Fleet lead role is based in Seaham with flexibility and hybrid working available (likely 50% working from home, 50% office working).
We are working with organisation based in the North East of England who will be recruiting for a Lead Building Safety Officer in the coming weeks.
Role Overview
As the Lead Building Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all aspects of building safety within our jurisdiction.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the latest building safety regulations, driving improvements in safety standards, and leading a team of safety officers to deliver a comprehensive building safety service.
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
To lead and support direct reports ensuring the right activities are being worked in order to deliver targets and objectives.
To conduct daily reviews of outstanding documents and ensure they are prioritised in order to reach a resolution at the earliest opportunity.

To lead and support the team of Customer and Retailer Care Advisors to achieve high-quality timely responses, service and appropriate solutions which will help to strengthen relationships with and meet the requirements of our customers and retailer network.
