As HR Officer you will be required to provide HR Generalist support across Operations and Head Office functions in NI, Scotland & Republic of Ireland.
Reed HR is delighted to support our long-established client in the Coleraine area who wishes to recruit a HR Officer to cover maternity leave.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proactive approach with excellent interpersonal skills that include the ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation and with a flexible approach to work.
Initiate actions to protect life and structure as required by the life safety systems which may include but not limited to evacuations, search plans, etc.
You will also: Monitor CCTV in an organised and systematic fashion to ensure the safety of public, staff and contractors Communicate and manage the FM Radio System.
Monitor all life safety systems including but not limited to the fire alarm system, intruder system, sprinkler system, etc.
As a Brand Ambassador you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional product experience through engagement with adult smokers/dualist/nicotine pouch users and executing POS Material Incentives within stores.
The role is an important strategic focus of the launches and roll outs of our clients new products and therefore this role is fundamental to the success and continuation of their launch as well as supporting in store activation & brand advertising.
Whilst we can't make any promises right now, there is often potential for us to take on some seasonal colleagues on a permanent basis after the initial festive contract
