Reward Specialist role in central Reading with a heavy focus on compensation and pay activities.
Offers hybrid working - 1-2 days per week in the office.
Effectively embed and deliver efficient reward processes including to annual pay reviews, out of cycle pay increases, annual incentives and average holiday pay.

The role
The Warehouse Assistant role reports into the branch management team and will provide the highest level of service to internal and external customers, and will ensure we can deliver products to our customers against some very tight deadlines.
As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, and you'll be professional, driven and enthusiastic.
We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to forge positive relationships in a fast paced and service-oriented environment.
As well as excellent verbal and written skills, you will need to have an eye for detail, the ability to analyse data and be able to challenge and problem solve.
