The Event Content Specialist is a pivotal role within the Events and Media division, and works across all stakeholders in the business including Operations, Sales and Marketing.

This role will work within the conference team and is ideal for someone who is wanting to start or continue their career within events, conference programme management or research.
This is an outbound and inbound customer service role - excellent customer service.
You will be working shifts between 08.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday, a total of 40 hours per week.
Paying a basic of £24,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings to over £32,000 and some of the top performers earn late £30's through upselling and cross-selling.

Our client is looking for someone with experience of Business to Consumer (B2C) customer service, resolving complaints and taking and tracking orders.
If you have telephone Customer Service and sales order processing experience this is a great opportunity to work for our client, who have fabulous offices, with free parking, in Marlow.
