Job Title: Aftersales Advisor
Salary: £24,000 with potential to earn £32,000 ++ (some earn late £30's) with bonus
Location: Marlow
Paying a basic of £24,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings to over £32,000 and some of the top performers earn late £30's through upselling and cross-selling.
You will be working shifts between 08.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday, a total of 40 hours per week.
You will ensure that customers are provided with the highest level of care and satisfaction whilst assisting with their digital service needs via various channels including live chat and WhatsApp.
You will be identifying up-sell opportunities, ensure diaries are kept upto date and maintaining accurate customer records.
In order to increase your earnings, you will upsell and cross-sell different services and products to the customer. Many of the team earn in excess of £32,000.
