Could you be their Employee Relations Manager
You will have a variety of employee relations casework which includes discipline, grievance, capability, inclusion and TUPE.
This is a new role that will work across the organisation, empowering Managers and Team Leaders to do their best for their teams through advising, leading, coaching, navigating their people challenges.
Work as part of a team providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees on the employee life cycle with a specialist focus on employee relations.
Reed HR are working alongside a large Educational Establishment based in South West London who are recruiting for an Employee Relations Officer on a permanent basis.
This role is hybrid so travel into the office will be required.
Our client a leading car and vehicle company are seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join their growing team, based in South, this would be a full time, permanent position, offering a Hybrid working model of 3 days remote working and 2 days at either their Essex or Surrey site, this would be offered after the 3month probation period.
They would be offering a salary of up to £40,000, plus bonus and other company benefits.
